Bonne nouvelle, le tournage de l’adaptation de l’œuvre de l'écrivain Rudyard Kiplin, "The Jungle Book " (1894), vient de commencer sous la direction de monsieur Andy Serkis !
Comme annoncé dans mon article précédent : Le Livre de la Jungle version Andy Serkis ! Film prévu pour 2016,
le casting, confirmé, est de très haut niveau avec : Christian Bale (trilogie Batman, American Bluff, Terminator...) qui interprétera la panthère Bagheera, Andy Serkis sera l'ours Baloo, Benedict Cumberbatch (Sherlock, The Imitation Game...) alias le tigre Shere Khan, Cate Blanchett (Blue Jasmine) jouera le serpent Kaa, Peter Mullan (Hercule) endossera le rôle d'Akela, le chef de meute des loups. C'est le jeune comédien Rohan Chand, aperçu dans les films "Du sang et des larmes" et Les recettes du bonheur qui a été choisi pour interpréter Mowgli.
Le film sera tourné à la fois en prises de vue réelles et en motion-capture !
Comme vous pourrez le constater, la date de mon premier article ne correspond plus, la date de sortie du film a été repoussée à 2017... (voir : Andy Serkis, son adaptation de Jungle Book : Origins est repoussée à 2017 !)

Goodnews, the shooting of Rudyard Kiplin's masterpiece's adaptation, "The Jungle Book" (1984), just began under the direction of mister Andy Serkis!
As announced in my previous article: Le Livre de la Jungle version Andy Serkis ! Film prévu pour 2016,
the casting, confirmed, is of a very high level with: Christian Bale (trilogie Batman, American Bluff, Terminator...) who will be playing Bagheera the panther, Andy Serkis will be Baloo the bear, Benedict Cumberbatch (Sherlock, The Imitation Game...) aka Shere Khan the tiger, Cate Blanchett (Blue Jasmine) will be playing Kaa the snake, Peter Mullan (Hercule) will play the part of Akeela, the head of the wolves' clan. It will be the young comedian Rohan Chand, seen in the movies "Du sang et des larmes" and "The hundred foot journey" who was chosen to interpret Mowgli.
The movie will be shot simultaneously on real set and motion-capture!
As you can notice, the date on my first article doesn't hold anymnore. The date of movie's launch was pushed to 2017... (to see: Andy Serkis, son adaptation de Jungle Book : Origins est repoussée à 2017 !)
