Le Livre de la Jungle version Andy Serkis ! Film prévu pour 2016.
Lorsque j'ai parlé de l'acteur Andy Serkis dans mon article à propos de La Planète des Singes l'Affrontement (http://nokinstars.over-blog.com/2014/08/la-planete-des-singes-toute-une-histoire-dawn-of-the-planet-of-the-apes-un-chef-d-oeuvre.html), j'ai omis de mentionner que la Warner a demandé à l'acteur de remettre au goût du jour Le Livre de la Jungle (Rudyard Kipling). Andy Serkis passe donc de son statut d'acteur à celui de réalisateur pour cette production !
Le film s’intitulera : Jungle Book, Origins. Date prévue de sortie en salle le 21 Octobre 2016 aux États-Unis !
La nouvelle vient de tomber, Andy Serkis s'offre un casting de rêve pour son film :
Benedict Cumberbatch doublera le tigre Shere Kan, la panthère noire Bagheera aura l'honneur d'être doublée par Christian Bale, Cate Blanchett donnera vie au python Kaa, Tom Hollander endosse le rôle du coyote Tabaqui, Naomie Harris prêtera sa voix à la louve Nisha, son compagnon de meute sera interprété par Eddie Marsan, Peter Mullan jouera le loup père et chef de meute, et enfin, Rohan Chand sera Mowgli. Et Andy Serkis se permettra de jouer le rôle de l'ours Baloo !
Le film sera tourné pour moitié en effets numériques et en performance-capture (live).
A savoir : La Warner n'est pas la seule à s'intéresser au Livre de la Jungle, Disney va également sortir sa propre version réalisée par le réalisateur Jon Favreau (Iron Man 1 et 2). La production de Disney sortira, en principe, un an avant la version préparée par la Warner.

When I wrote avout Andy Serkis in my article concerning Dawn of the Planet of the apes I forgot to mention that Warner asked the actor for an upgrade of the Jungle Book (Rudiyard Kipling). Andy Serkis moved from the position of actor to the position of producer for this production!
The movie will be known as The Jungle Book, Origins. Date expected for the preview showing, October 21st, 2016 in the USA!
The news just came in, Andy Serkis is offering himself the casting of dreams for his movie:
Benedict Cumberbatch will be dubbing Shere Kan the tiger, the black panthere Bagheera will have the honor to be dubbed by Christian Bale, Cate Blanchett will be giving life for the python Kaa, Tom Hollander will be endorsing the role of the coyote Tabaqui, Naomie Harris will lend her voirce to the wolf Nishe, her pack compagnon will be played by Eddie Marsan, Peter Mullan will play the wolf father and head of the pack, and finally, Rohan Chand will be Mowgli. And Andy Serkis will allow himself to be Baloo the bear!
The film will be shot in CGI asa well as motion capture (live).
Good to know: Warner isn't the only one interested in the Jungle Book, Disney will be launching it's own version of the Jungle Book carried out by the producer Jon Favreau (Iron Man 1 and 2). The Disney prodcution will be launched a year before Warner's version.
